No! Psychotherapy is a profession motivated by duty, compassion, and care. That's why we keep it human.

The only Ai tools we are considering employing are dictation, note taking, and noise cancelation.

Yes. Research suggests that online therapy, counseLling, and coaching can be effective for many individuals. Numerous studies have shown that online mental health services are comparable to traditional in-person methods in terms of outcomes for various mental health conditions.

Factors such as, accessibility, convenience, anonymity, scheduling, diversity are just some of the areas that make online therapy effective.

The key difference is managing an urgent or a crisis situation, where face-to-face allows for immediate response and quicker access to local emergency services. We take many measures to circumnavigate this hurdle, such as obtain your local emergency service provider's contact details or verify that your designated emergency contact person is aware and able to respond during a session should an emergency or crisis occur.

The greatest advantage for online therapy is accessibility. Whether it is time or being guided through the course materials, you will have access to an abundance of tailored information, developed for your betterment.

If you are experiencing distress, difficulty functioning on a daily basis, face recurring issues or trauma, show physical symptoms such as constant headaches or fatigue, show unhealthy tendencies, or if you are simply having a negative impact on your relationships; all these are signs where psychotherapy can help.

However, when interacting with a Therapist, you can either show your face, use your avatar, or use the voice chat function, but your idenity must be disclosed, as this can be due to a variety of reasons. Same applies to Work Shops.
